On August 14th I placed an order with Extendty for a Hand made S925 Hecate Necklace Obsidian in which I never received. I emailed the company numerous times asking where my order was and they kept giving me the run around and refused to give me a refund. They have advertisements all over social media FB, Instagram and to my surprise I was not the only customer who didn't receive their order. Please be aware that this company is fraudulent their website has all these items but they are just scams to get your money. In the website they go by another name The Witch of the Willows a gift shop with Magic Ground floor 2 Woodberry Grove London, England N12 ODR. Attached is a "Receipt of my Purchase". I have been very patient but the fact that they are just giving me the run around and refusing to return my money made me realize they are Scammers. Consumer Don't be scammed by this fraudulent company.
