I came across this page on TikTok and they did not sell directly through their shop. I had to click on their link to order. I ordered two necklaces (which I later found out are purchased wholesale and resold as a personally made necklace) and two jewelry boxes on September 2, 2025 with a standard of 8-10 business days. I submitted and purchased using Affirm. I only received one email from Shop Pay confirming the order. After two weeks, I still had not seen an update from the company. I sent an email requesting an update and have not received a response. I directly messaged the store through Tiktok and I emailed yet again with a promise to contact the BBB.
