I purchased ski boots on explorergeardepot.com website. A charge was made to my PayPal using an individuals name (Mohammed Abulkhair) rather than the Explorer Gear Depot name. I did not receive an invoice or tracking number to my email. I emailed the listed customer support email, [email protected], to request a receipt and tracking information. I received notice that the email was undeliverable. I then emailed the contact email listed on PayPal ([email protected]) I did not receive a response. I believe the website is fraudulent.
