Both server knowingly are engaged in a criminal enterprise. Complaint Narrative: I am filing a complaint against Del Mar Energy, Dynadot, and Cloudflare which I believe is operating a fraudulent investment scheme (Ponzi scheme). On January 25, 2025, I was solicited by Del Mar Energy to invest in what they claimed were legitimate energy-related opportunities. They promised high, guaranteed returns and presented themselves as a credible investment company. Based on these assurances, I invested $25,000. Leonard Swanson is the ring leader. After investing, I experienced the following problems: I was unable to withdraw my funds despite repeated attempts. Communication from the company became evasive and unhelpful. The ownership and registration of the company appear to be hidden behind proxies. I was pressured to invest further and/or encourage others to join. It is my belief that Del Mar Energy is misleading investors and operating as a Ponzi scheme by using new investor money to pay old investors rather than conducting legitimate business. Resolution Sought: I respectfully request the following: Refund of my initial investment in the amount of $25,000. Public acknowledgment by Del Mar Energy, Dynadot and Cloudflare of its misrepresentations. That the BBB publish this complaint so that other consumers are warned before investing.
