I was dissatisfied with a purchase. I met qualifications for a full refund as per website return policy. Vendor is requiring that i pay for return postage to Asia. I was aware i would need to pay for return postage but not that the return would be to Asia. Website does not indicate any location other than austin texas. I was never informed that the product was being mailed to me from asia location and that i would be responsible to mail any return back to the store it was sent from. This requirement is not on their website. Additionally, the website only includes the texas address. I looked at the address and refund policies before i made the purchase. The postage to asia will cost more than what i paid for the product so i won't actually be receiving a refund and they will be getting back an unused product in original packaging and condition. Please do not publish any of my identifable information to the public.
