I ordered their para-cleanse and was sure to uncheck the monthly subscription billing. I received an email saying that they would charge me today for the monthly billing which I never signed up for. I paid a higher price to avoid the monthly billing. When I clicked on the link in the email to login to my account i received an error message saying website not found. When I replied to their email address, the email bounced back as undeliverable. I checked their contact info in the email and typed in the address (which was the same as the original email and it was also bounced back to me as undeliverable. I looked up their website and there is no place to log in to my account. I emailed the contact number there but have a feeling they will tell me I didn't cancel in the proper place. This type of thing has happened to me in the past and I lost over $400 (another company altogether) The email address on their website is also incorrect and bounced back to me. They list it as [email protected] with the s at the end. I also sent an email to the same email address without the s at the end.
