This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
The letter is asking for information regarding medical care I received on 7/24/2025. It states that my medical plan covered it, so no worries there. It also states that another company should have paid instead and helping them figure out who should have paid may lower health care cost for everyone-including me. The letter claims that they are working on behalf of Anthem Health Plans of Virginia (which I have never heard of) There is also a form enclosed that ask if my visit was General accident information or motor vehicle accident that I need to fill out and return to them
