This site proported to be a Macy's affiliate. I made a purchase which supposedly was shipped June 25, 2025 through International Logistics. I tracked the package through Track718 - https://www.track718.us/en - until on July 26, 2025 it said the package was delivered. But there was no package. Track718 had no contact infor but the tracking said it had been at my 'local sorting center'. Where was that? I inquired at the post office thinking maybe it was there. They knew nothing about it. So I contacted the source, tchrsy. They immediately responded that they could not afford all these mistakes. What does that have to do with my package. I asked if they would resend the package using FedEx or UPS they said no. I asked if they had a delivery photo. They seemed confused. Then they tried to negotiate with me asking me to pay the shipping charges. Why would I pay anything? I didn't receive anything. They agreed to pay but said there had been a huge fluctuation in the value of the yen to USD and I had to accept whatever they sent me. I responded I expected a full refund. We have been going back and forth ever since. I ask where my refund is. They say it is in process, or they had to resubmit it, They say - Have patience. I have been waiting since July 26 and it is now October 1. They do not appear to have any plans to refund my money. I'm not sure if there ever was a package in the first place.
