I purchased multiple paper targets from this merchant trusting they would be shipped within the 4 day window they promised. When no indication of shipping had passed after 5 days, I emailed the merchant with no response. I then emailed the merchant again 2 days after the initial email, again with no response. I emailed again the day after, again with no response. I attempted to call the number provided on the website and was informed that the number was disconnected or no longer in service. I then filed a fraud complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and filed a dispute with my financial institution for the full amount.
