Description
The bag I received was much too large. It was a gift for my daughter. I asked for an exchange. They wouldn’t give me one as I missed the 2 week window. Not a 30 day exchange or return. A two week. I was out of state. I begged nicely and they finally let me exchange for a smaller bag but I would not get the $80.00 in difference back. They kept that. As requested I sent them the picture and color of the new bag I wanted in exchange. I sent back the original bag and the new bag came quickly, but in black. I asked for brown. Upon telling them this via email I have since been dropped from their communication. I have called their phone number a dozen times. It’s clearly a fake number. The call drops at ten rings. I spent $180.00 and have no bag. They stole my money. They are not a legitimate company. No one speaks English who I emailed. It was always a short choppy strange conversation. No hello. No name. Sometimes words misspelled. Here is a picture of the bag I was supposed to get. I’ve sent an email daily for the past few days. Perhaps someone will respond. But the whole business seems half *** and fishy.
