I paid $90 for a resume revamp (Silver Package) on 09/29/2025. The service promised a 24-hour turnaround, but I received no follow-up communication, instructions, or clarifying questions about my career goals before work began. After attempting to follow up, the provider began submitting job applications on my behalf without my consent, using my personal email. I issued a revocation to utilize my personal information, but she continues to use my personal information to spam out applications to say she fulfilled the services. This behavior is unprofessional, deceptive, and puts clients’ personal information at risk. Advice to the Public: Avoid sending personal information or payment before confirming a clear process. Be cautious of this provider’s social media presence, which prioritizes group posts over individual client service.
