I received a VM from Christopher saying there is a civil matter he was calling about, seemed very serious. This happened last year as well. They then called my whole family within moments of leaving that VM. This is a tactic they use to pressurize the situation. I call back, give them my case number but refuse to tell them who they are speaking with. Asked the rep if they are a debt collector. He refused to clearly answer and as i asked more questions, he hung up. I called back to see if i could get anyone else to help. The rep gave me the name of the company, address and that they work with “civil matters”, but would not be clear if they are a debt collector. I asked for her directors name or the attorney name, she refused to give me any of that info, then hung up. I called back again and spoke with Jackie, asked her the same question along with the company’s licensing number, she refused and said she would report my phone number if i called back again to ask any more questions…to whom, i have no idea. They seem to do this scam yearly with me and harass my family. I demanded they cease calling me or my family as i did last year. When i said i was going to mail a cease and desist letter, i was told they do not accept those??? This place needs to be looked into as it smells like a SCAM!
