I placed a large order from Embroiderely.com for custom sweatshirts and quarter-zips. Their website advertised the sweatshirts as “very soft inside,” but the ones I received were stiff, uncomfortable, and not as described. The embroidery was frayed and poorly finished, leaving loose threads and sloppy edges. Worse, my order was incomplete — six custom pennant quarter-zips I paid for were never delivered. I contacted the company multiple times over several weeks, providing photos of the quality issues and asking about the missing items. Their responses were dismissive, claiming the problems were “subjective” or “normal,” and they never addressed the missing products. This company advertises a “100% satisfaction guarantee” but refuses to honor it. Based on my experience and other similar complaints I found online, this appears to be a fraudulent business targeting U.S. buyers by misrepresenting products and failing to deliver orders.
