Description
I placed an order through the trybeast.shop website for the store in May. After about 2 months of trying to contact the company, I recieved an email saying they were having trouble with deliveries and offered me 3 options, 1 of which was a 100% refund. I accepted the full refund with no response afterwards. Then after several more months and filing a complaint through the shop app, I began receiving emails with tracking information for my order. In September when I finally recieved the order, I tried contacting them to make a refund under their refund policy. I have had no response since then.
