I recently bought a used car still under warranty. I was mailed a letter asking for an immediate response and telling me my vehicle service contract had not been activated, that it would soon expire, that I would be responsible for paying any repairs, but if I called, I could still activate a service contract. The letter said a licensed representative would qualify me for the best protection based on my vehicle’s age and mileage, and that all policies are through Service Activation Center FL. It provided a phone number 888-404-1912 to call.
