I purchased an active-wear outfit online for Joe-Store.com. Now almost 6 weeks later I haven't received my merchandise. I've sent 10+ emails inquiring about my purchase and I'm only receiving AI generated responses that my order is in transit. Weeks ago, I suspected that I was being scammed and requested a refund. The responses do not address my direct questions and there's been no addressing canceling my order and processing my refund.
