I ordered 2 pair of shoes from an ad on FB. I was given a tracking number for the package. When a package arrived with my tracking number on it, it was addressed to my daughter-in-law that I live with. It was a small item she had ordered from another place. I called the post office and told them it was the tracking number for 2-pair of shoes I had ordered, but the shoes were NOT IN THE PACKAGE. They told me I had been scammed. I filed a dispute with my DISCOVER card, and PAYPAL, PAYPAL told me they couldn't help me. Discover said they would look into it. About 3 weeks later, I received a package from GEHERS HOTYS address 3659 Ashland Ave Chicago, Il 60609. 2 pair of shoes were inside, There was postage due of $11.10 which my daughter-in-law paid the mail carrier. I called the postage office again and said it was suppose to be "free shipping" She told me I had been scammed again. I am VERY UNHAPPY with the shoes, very cheaply made, not at all what I was expecting. How can I return them and get a refund??
