I ordered a one-time shipment of NAD from Catanutra.com in July. I was set up for a recurring monthly subscription of $64.94. When I received the 2nd order in August I emailed their support website [email protected] requesting a cancellation of the subscription that I had not authorized. They replied offering other solutions (see attached post) stating it was embedded and I had missed it. I replied stating I wanted a full cancellation instead of pausing, skipping or changing products! A response was not received nor was the cancellation. As of today 9/29 the support mailbox is no longer active nor is the website. This is a major scam. I learned of this company on IG.
