Purchased from them off of an add on tiktok. Delivery policy on the website says it will ship in 1-2 days and be delivered in 7. Its been more than 7 days and the tracking says my order isnt even shipped. Emailed them demanding to have my thing shipped or to be refunded and they just said they'll add a gift to my order.
