Found a Facebook add advertising for stay at home moms to work from home. I applied and got accepted same day. Should have known that wasn’t right. They asked me to download telegram for “training”. They only communicate through telegram. They use photos of young white women with families as profile pictures. The company is Inspirato which is online luxury rentals. The job was to submit reviews online. But every review has a cost and if you “earn” a luxury review you own them money to move forward. It’s all in bitcoin transactions. You must complete 18 reviews to earn money but some of the reviews cost thousands of dollars. After telling me I needed to pay 4000 to submit my review I told them no. They said they couldn’t refund me anymore money since I didn’t complete all 18 reviews and they won’t return any money to me. This is after downloading 4 apps to buy bitcoin which my bank declined (good for them). I found a way after spending 1200$ thinking I was making my money back. They said I could earn 20k if I just sent another 4k to them and finished my reviews. I’d already lost so much money I wasn’t moving forward. They won’t return the money. Its gone at this point. This is a giant scam and they need to stop preying on stay at home moms.
