After viewing a 30-min video of all the wonderful ingredients and their impact on weight loss, I was sold. Several weeks later, a product which contained NONE of those ingredients except Tumeric arrived. I immediately reached out to request a refund and return authorization - was provided a mailing address and an authorization number to include on the outside of the package. Was informed that refund would take about 30 days after product receipt was verified. Product arrived, as confirmed by UPS tracking, a few days later. Waited 30+ days, then reached out again as I had not yet seen a refund. Of course the Customer Service number reaches a team who say “we cannot process a refund over the phone” and that you must contact them via email at [email protected]. This leads to a loop with automated emails about filling out the attached e-form to request a refund. Finally got a response from a human who read my email that I had already returned the product (as instructed), saying that she (Laura) would look into it. Now 3+ weeks later and still no refund. Have reached out again via email and phone (same story) but not hopeful. Buyer Beware - they are selling you on a combination of weight loss support ingredients then substituting it with a basic Tumeric Supplement that you could have bought at your local CVS, from a reputable manufacturer and for 1/4 of the cost!
