I purchased 6 bottles of a supposed weight loss pills on August 22, 2025 from ProZenith via an online ad that was supposed to contain restervatrol, Garcinia Cambogia, Glucomannan, green tree extract and other active ingredients. What I got was pills containing Turmeric. I wanted an immediate refund Product is advertised on their web site ([email protected]) with a 100% guarantee and refund within 60 days. On receipt i immediately contacted their phone support number (323-529-8488) and was told to contact the vendor via email for a refund.as they have to approve the refund first. I have sent four mails now to them with no response. UI also called the support line again and asked to speak to a supervisor. No response there either. i disputed the cost through CITI Bank (Costco) and they wee holding my $294.00 while the issue was being contested. No final resolution yet. I believe that Prozenith has demonstrated extremely deceptive deceptive advertising in saying their pills contain various ingredients in their ads but delivering on Turmeric. Also their ads visibly had Oprah Winfrey as a spokesperson and said she was even an investor - which appears to be totally false. This company should be barred from advertising and operating such deceptive practices. I am still waiting more than 30 days for any response in order to return goods and get my money back. I have now seen numerous complaints and indications that this is a scam.
