After signing up through Market Place for information on Health Care insurance, I was contacted by an agent from Nexus Care selling Health insurance, I was told I would receive a copy of a digital agreement I signed. The agent informed me that it would be sent as soon as we hung up. I provided a valid email address [email protected] and never received any information for the product Health insurance that was to be through First Health PPO customer services contact 833-705-3628 My ID # was 685428868. The plan was to include health care benefits of $25.00 co-pays, 100% wellness coverage, no deductible, Max Out of Pocket of $5,000. Max coverage amount of $1million per year with RX benefit of 80% of brand and $10 for Generic. Cost was $614.21/mo with Vision included covering Exams at 100% and glasses and RX at 80%. I was told I had 30 days to cancel once I received the information on the plan if the insurance was not used. When I returned the call to tell them and told them I wanted to cancel the plan I was told I could not do that. The agent was rude and said your signed the disclosure didn't you read it, I read through it and asked for a copy which I have never received after doing a search on reviews and through the BBB, this is a poor company that scams people with many people paying for health insurance that does not pay out for coverage. Based on that information I called back and wanted to cancel the plan on 9/25/25. I called on 9/26/25 to 1-833-705-3628 and have yet to receive a call back or to cancel the plan. I was told by the agent that I had 30 days to cancel the insurance for a refund and it could be cancelled at any time. I want a refund for the premium that was paid. I am in health care and deal with insurance all of the time. This is my first experience with Health Care Market Place and I am frustrated. IF I am frustrated with the process and the high pressure sales what are some of these young kids or seniors experiencing when trying to get coverage to not burden our health care system? This system needs revised and needs to be fixed. This is why health care is so expensive. I would like a refund, I have cancelled my credit card and filed a fraud claim with my bank due to not knowing if this is an actual company or not since I have not received any information on the plan or what is covered.
