On TikTok, September 9th I placed an order in the amount of $42.22 from the account @endofseasonclearance (imitating American Eagle products)…and they took my money via credit card, and there is no way to track anything from this website. I have a screenshot of the transaction, with order # 250909121946967- it isn’t available to track, no record of my purchase (except the money taken out of my bank & the screenshot of the order placed). Attaching the screenshot that I took. How do I go about getting a refund? This is a huge scam with a different “store” for each TikTok video.
