I ordered 5 pairs of Women's Casual pants in various colors from Assemblek.com, an online company. I never received my order and have been contacting the company since July by email. Someone does return my email, but they only tell me it was delivered. I paid a shipping insurance fee and have been explaining to the representative that the shipping insurance fee was purchased in case my package was never received by me. I have sent them pictures of my order, the order number, the amount, with all of the information they would need. Since I am finding no resolve, I ask for a full refund and they only tell me it was delivered. I ask to speak or have management contact me and I have only got a response of we are sorry, but your order has been delivered. Now they are claiming the package has two delivery tracking numbers and the first was an error. I told them if there was not resolve by today I would be reporting their company Assemblek.com to the Better Business Bureau.
