Ordered ?Intertwined Hearts Wooden Cross x1 9-6-2025. Charge on credit card, under name AIYTECH WANCHAI HK, more than order confirmation total. Emails received had two (2) different tracking numbers. Email dated 9-22-25 8:01 pm had conflicting tracking information - 1. "9-23-25 03:00:47UTC item at US customs"; 2. notation dated "9-24-25 02:40:17UTC" but on 9-22-25 email tracking information "...item delivered in or at mailbox at 10:19 am on 9-22-25". Item was NOT delivered! Requested explanations and carrier info and discrepancy in credit card charge. Their reply was to check tracking numbers with local post office and check with neighbors if they received the package. USPS tracking did not have either tracking number sent to me registered in their system. On 9-24-25 again requested they send tracking number and carrier info. Their reply that night was to: confirm address, check for misplaced delivery and with neighbors, check for carrier emails and phone messages, wait 48 hours and then contact carrier with tracking number. The carrier and tracking information has never been provided. Checked Better Business Bureau online and others report have had similar experiences with this company and it is labeled "scam". Item ordered has NOT been delivered.
