Description
I sold my parents house. A month later I received a postcard and letter saying the company who did their mortgage (the named company was not their mortgage lender) was trying to get a hold of them to pay 100 bucks due to the country they were in. Their mail is forwarded to me so I knew it was a scam, they would not have.
