I was viewing either Facebook or Instagram when an ad came across for a sleek, 8", low profile, lasting charge, motion detect under the counter light. The price was intriguing so I clicked thru to see what the final cost would be. The total was like $24-ish so I thought "OK, I'l give it a try." After clicking purchase, the price went up to $34.29! I was very upset & immediately clicked the support email & requested a refund/cancel order. Of course, no reply until I got the email it had been shipped. So, I waited deciding that even though I wouldn't have paid that in a retail store maybe it will be a good product; especially if it does all it advertised. I'm not one to buy a lot of things via internet so "lesson learned." To say I was "shocked" when I received the package is an understatement! There were 4 boxes crammed into a bubble wrap envelope. No invoice. The return info stated HLIVER LOWRY - FLUSHING, NY. Inside the boxes was about a 4" x 1" x 1" rectangular plastic object with what appeared to be a Christmas bulb on one end. VERY low quality & flimsy. So, as their "support email" stated to contact if problems within 24 hours. I immediately took photos and opened an email to them. It was laughable what they were offering as compensation. I have attached the emails for you to see. And ONLY if I returned the product would I receive full compensation. Plus there were all these stipulations for returning and at $122 USD, no thank you. The highest offer was for $10 & I refused it. I told them I would be reporting their operation & that's what I'm doing. Really have no faith that they can be stopped but I'll try anyway. I put HLIVER LOWRY in google search & pages were listed; I feel so dumb! Hope something can be done. The return shipping is actually a China address.
