Description

Scam report entered on behalf of target by BBB employee: "Hello I am writing you today to inform you of a new scam. Apple is using data from iPhones to target users that have the Apple wallet inside the Apple wallet. They will connect it to all of your subscriptions, which is connected to your personal data of your iPhone and your payment data. They then will use your data to subscribe you to a free trial to their service. Then they will start charging you for the service and they will not notify you of this. They will just do it then when you call in after noticing, they will tell you that you only can collect back 60 days meaning any other charges past 60 days you can’t get back so if you don’t catch the fraudulent charges within two Months you lose out on any money past that I recorded my phone call with a regular Apple representative who then connected me to a Apple supervisor representative impulse representatives inform me of the same thing that they could only go back 60 days I have nine months worth of fraudulent billing charges from Apple I have been a avid YouTube premium user since 2019 and have over 7000 songs between my liked and downloaded playlist last year alone it said I listened to 36,000 hours of music on YouTube premium. The only other streaming platform I use is SiriusXM because I use it in my car as well please if anybody could help I wouldn’t want this to happen to anybody? It may be a small amount of money but in times like this it’s definitely not right nor fair for a large corporation to steal."
