Ordered something from Love, Joy, Heaven.com on Aug. 02, 2025. Here it is the end of September and still haven't received said item. Contacted them via email several times, with only 1 reply the first time. Other 2 emails were not answered. Was given the excuse that item was specially hand made in China. Tracked package all the way to my local post office, now it's marked as " out for delivery" in Los Angeles, when I'm in Missouri. It went through China, across to the US, through the US to Missouri ( where I am), now it's in Los Angeles out for delivery.
