Reached out to Lisa via the website and made initial $750 transaction, which included dog and shipping. At day of shipping received an email from the shipping team Mega Pet Ways that the dog requires another crate and it would be an additional 1500 but it’s a deposit for the crate and I would get 1450 back. I sent the money then a few hours later received another email stating I need to Venmo an additional $800 because the dog got sick in flight and they need a vaccine. I told them this is unacceptable and demanded to speak with a manager. The call was disconnected and I have called back and have been blocked.
