Description
On August 26, 2025, I ordered two pairs of earrings ($197.55) from Baby Gold after seeing an advertisement on Instagram. On September 3, I received only one pair, and it did not match the photos or description on their website. When I contacted customer service, they sent apologies but offered no resolution. On September 12, they provided a return label for the single pair of earrings I had received. I returned the item on September 15, and Baby Gold confirmed by email that they received it. Despite this, I was never issued a refund. Instead, they referenced only store credit, even though federal law requires refunds to the original form of payment when merchandise is not delivered. This leaves me with no merchandise and no refund. Research shows many other consumers have reported the same fraudulent pattern: partial shipments, dismissive responses, and refusal to issue refunds.
