The product look legit and there were a lot of good reviews. Not a lot of bad reviews online, but when I purchased the product on Sept 7th. I thought everything was good. I got a shipping tracking number which the product is coming from China, but now it is Sept 24th and I still have not received my product. I got in contact with the rep of Lucinn and she seem to be responsive. When I saw my product has arrived at Newark and was there for now 10 days, she then proceeded to say that it is stuck at custom. I asked her to figure this out or I'm cancelling my order, which by the way their website does not have a cancel order options. That is when I try to contact the rep again through email and there is no responses since yesterday.
