I paid using a credit card and received an online payment confirmation — but no email confirmation, no shipping notice, and ultimately, no product ever arrived. The site presents itself as the official U.S.-based B2C distributor for On, the well-known Swiss performance shoe brand. It promises genuine On footwear shipped directly from a domestic warehouse with “dedicated customer support.” This was clearly not the case. After days with no communication, I tried contacting them. That’s when the red flags started piling up: The phone number listed has a 311 area code, which is not valid for U.S. business communications. In the U.S., area codes ending in “11” are reserved for emergency services — not retail businesses. The number is unusable. Emails go unanswered, and there is no live customer service. The website has all the hallmarks of a front operation — a professional appearance that masks a complete lack of fulfillment or accountability. At this point, I have filed a dispute with my credit card issuer to recover the funds. I am reporting this business to warn other consumers and to encourage a deeper investigation into what appears to be a fraudulent operation misusing the On brand.
