Contacted as a recruiter from Glassdoor Employment website. Job offer made for product optimization for marketing media corporation. The first two days you are guided to work on their platform/website and paid daily commissions that average about $60 for a about an hours worth of work. On the third day they introduce a "negative balance" you must cover in order to withdraw your significantly higher commissions. They use bait and switch tactics that are very deceptive. You have to pay and be paid with crypto currency while they carefully gain much information about you and your accounts in the name of training. WhatsApp screenshots and a group chat are part of their modus operandi. There are many RED flags that one should pay attention to. The first two days they deceive you by paying you an average of $50 in commissions for an hours worth of work. On the third day they "pressure" you to cover the negative balance with personal funds that "you will ABSOLUTELY be returned daily" and can withdraw along with your commissions that are much higher that day. And because you were able to do this today on the fourth day....the negative balances and commissions are really high and in order to get back what you have in your account you must pony up the bogus and very high negative balance before you can withdraw your personal funds and supposed commissions. This is where all the alarms start ringing very loud. Bottom line----If it sounds too good to be true.....it is definitely a scam!
