The site is extremely misleading and appears to be a government website. Originally I was under the impression that I was paying my fees to start a business and paid $269.00, afterwards the company decided to keep charging me for other services. I have tried to request refunds with them several times now and they keep telling me that their account manager will get back to me but did not give me an estimated response time initially. Upon giving them a fourth call the agent told me that the account manager will be getting back to me within 24 hours, I do not believe they are being truthful and are just attempting to buy time. This issue has happened to similar people and there appears to be a very alarming pattern in the business practices of this entity. The website also does not have any other information on it aside from the email and phone number on it.
