Description

I ordered the “Super Giant Mystery Box” from amznpalletliquidation.com for $68.78 total, all the advertisements online and on their website make it seem like you get a huge box with lots of different products inside with the opportunity to receive really high end or high value items. I received a very small box, not much bigger/ wider than a standard glasses case, that had 2 items in it, one of which doesn’t even work. I contacted the seller about the issues and they basically told me sorry, it is what it is but since your not satisfied we can off a 15% refund, I said no I want a full refund, they said sorry again that they couldn’t but they could do a 25% refund, I said absolutely not, voiced why I was unhappy/satisfied with the purchase and that they are basically scamming people, and that I wouldn’t accept anything less than what I paid, they then offered a 35% refund. I am absolutely fuming with this whole situation. In the small “mystery box” there was a $10 charge cable (not opened) and a $18, earphone set that doesn’t work.
