I bought a dress that I was going to use in a wedding for a friend. The picture is very deceiving. The dress I received does not look like the picture presented at all. The material is extremely cheap, the fit is not accurate at all and the color scheme is completely different than the picture. I requested a refund and would send back the item and continuously have received emails trying to either get me to choose something different, 25% back and keep the item, 50% back and keep the item. I continue to request a full refund without a simple means to do so. I continue to be told that I will have to pay for shipping which will be an additional $30 and have to wait 1-3 business days to potentially see the money back on my account.
