I ordered merchandise from Grayson & Porter website stating that their merchandise was top quality when it turn was nothing like they said. It also said that their return policy was so easy and it definetly is not. They offer 15%-30% refund and I can keep the merchandise. When I told them that it was not acceptable they said that I had to return the merchandise to China, which to me is not an easy return. They want pictures of the merchandise, proof of payment, a complete return form and a valid track & trace number and will take up to 6 weeks, including quality checks and refund processing. They are scam artists and I'm embarrassed that I fell for it.
