On 07/31/25 I placed order for Fingertip Optical Glucose Sensor Monitor (ordered 2) for $39.99. Guruas sent confirmation email Order 36373, at 12:17pm. At 12:25pm received Paypal confirmation that Merchant [email protected], phone +86 189 8627 9538 was paid $47.98 and assigned Order ID icar1iswtcn2ygjr8q33. Was notified on 08/03/25, my order was on its way. 09/03/25 notified Guruas I received 2 cheap Pulse Oximeters. Not what I ordered. Asked to return them and for them to ship correct order. Order was shipped from: JASON, 14-30 SEAGIRT BLVD, FAR ROCKAWAY. NY 11691. they wanted to credit me $15.00 and i could keep units. Switch'n Bait scheme They didn't reply any more and they kept my 39.99; they did credit me $7.99 S/H fee that was not on order. I looked online Facebook and their ad still appears: https://www.guruas.com/products/xyz A total scam!!!!! Several people have been dupped!!!! People have lost lots of money. Help stop them. I can provide documents. Thank you
