Purchased product that included a free travel bag. The travel bag was not included in shipment. I requested that it be sent, They responded blaming the delivery service. I was than ghosted. Now the product doesn't take a charge (no longer works). I believe that the free travel bag was used to entice orders but there was no intention on sending the bag. I tried the website and it's linked a different product (probably also a scam - https://solesafe.us/). The website is AWOL. Attempted to get a refund and no response. The phone number I listed is fake. There was no phone number available and a phone number entry was required to move on with the forms.
