Description

The clothing was advertised using the "Kill Crew" website layout and exact clothing articles from the legitimate Kill Crew business. They advertised a site wide sale through Kill Crew. After ordering the products, the illegitimate business, "thenewclothes" brand appeared (which was not visible prior to checking out). The items were supposedly delivered but no package arrived. After contacting customer support (the email of which is the same email used for all business correspondences), they agreed to send a second package. Again, the package never arrived and customer support stated that they could only refund 70% of the funds, if I agreed to it, as they had lost profits with shipping materials twice. This is a scam as no packages were ever delivered and they are not agreeing to refund in whole.
