Purchased two hard-drives from Megean.com retail sales web-site. Communicated with Olivia Brown and Emily Carter both pre and post-sale at +1 (323) 942-4054 and [[email protected]]. Later. I was disappointed to receive an email with delivery tracking from China post. Tracking status showed local delivery to my address on 09/18/2025 but nothing was delivered... On 09/19/2025 I contacted Olivia Brown and Emily Carter by customer service email [[email protected]] and also [[email protected]]... no response. Yesterday, I tried the Megean.com customer service phone number +1 (323) 942-4054, only to discover the number is not working anymore.
