There are two encounters with these people. First one was a man saying I owed money and I would be arrested thru a non compliance order if I didnt pay. I asked him what the amount was an what the debt was for. He informed me that the case records were sealed an he could not give me that information. So I asked what is the amount you want me to pay to stop this...an he was I dont know the amount the records are sealed. He said I have to switch you over to the payment department. The new guy asked what the payment was for and I told him I had no idea since the records were sealed...He finally hung up on me. Next call was a Rebecca Martinez. With the National Process Service, saying I had a non compliance order #844793. And I was to call 888-845-2173 to be served a certified copy. Both these numbers are the same the first call was with the man was from 888-845-2173. The second call with Rebecca was the number given to call them at which was 888-845-2173. The number she called from was out of New York.
