Description
I placed an order (6/17/25) for 3 different items (Taylor Swift Crochet Dolls from different albums). After repeated follow-ups on the status, I received one (9/10/25) that was not what I ordered and upon inquiring they said I had to pay return shipping to be refunded for the 1 sent. The other 2 were still in production and if I was not satisfied, they would refund after I paid return shipping. There is still no estimate on delivery for those and they refuse to cancel the order or assist furthur.
