I ordered 2 capybara plushies off of the website highlandplushy.com on Instagram and Shopify.com on Aug. 26th. I received an email that confirmed the order on the same day, and didn’t hear from them again until September 16th, asking if I had received the package, which I emailed them back and said I didn’t. I then received a package from a “Tiffany Howard” from San Diego that included 2 capybaras. These, however, did not look anything close to the plushies I ordered. I called the person who was listed on the shipping, “Tiffany Howard” as I found the phone number when I searched for the address that was listed on the package. The person who answered was a female and she is a Chinese masseuse. She said that she did not know anything about this.
