As happens, it seems, all of the time lately, I ordered product online through a greatly touted ad The product itself is good. None of the multiple pages glorifying this ad had anything evident to say about you had to subscribe at all if you ordered at this discounted price. I am on a very limited budget. I am 71 years old. After paying billsI had $20.00 left for the month of Sept. However, Bioma, billed me $155.94 for a subscription month. I have filed a fraud claim through my bank but so far Bioma has dug in its heels and says that there is no option except for them keeping my money because I should have known that I had to subscribe if I ordered this discount. They keep changing their story when they e-mail me. There is no phone number or customer assustance I can call. They use "fake names" to sign their e-mails. For a low income senior who is basically only covering my bills with a little extra, this is devastating. Thank you for your time and attention.
