Description
I was searching for black luxury towels and came across Onuia. The website appeared legitimate, showcasing premium-looking products and advertising a sale. After comparing with competitors, I decided to purchase a black spa towel package along with two additional shower towels. It took over a month for my order to arrive, though the company did send periodic updates. When the package finally came, I immediately noticed red flags: the towels were wrapped in flimsy transparent plastic with tape, and instead of the deep black color I ordered, they were a dull gray. I contacted Onuia regarding the issue. After a long back-and-forth, they told me my only options were: Accept a 25% partial refund and keep the incorrect towels, or Ship them back at my own expense for a full refund. The quality of the towels was nothing close to the luxury product they advertised—cheap, low-grade material straight out of China. Only after I told them I would dispute the charge with my bank did they finally issue a full refund. ?? This company engages in false advertising and shady business practices. They lure customers in with “luxury” marketing, but deliver cheap knockoffs. Save yourself the hassle—STAY AWAY from Onuia.
