Ordered and paid for 6 bottles of Audizen (7063-KETODRPBLND-146). Tried product as directed for thee weeks. No change in tinnitus. Called Audizen Customer Service (323-372-9102) to request refund. CS said I had to e-mail [email protected] to get authorization and directions on getting refund. E-mailed support--so far 6 times. Zero reply. Called customer support again. Complained about no reply to e-mails. "You have to e-mail support. That's all we can do," was the reply.
