While searching for large and tall sized men's clothing, an ad for Mokaloha popped up. It pictured two beautiful corduroy shirts, claiming that they were available in XXL-TALL SIZE. They took 16 days to arrive. They were made of horrible faded, poor-quality fabric with blatant stitching, about three sizes too small. I immediately sent an e-mail complaining and saying that I would return them. I was contacted by a man identifying himself as Kyle, offering a 30% refund. I responded "absolutely not". He said it would be expensive to return and I said again that I was shipping it back. After another day, he offered 40%. I said "absolutely not". I shipped the item to the California return address on the package. I sent photos of the repackaged items in their original plastic bag, noting that the original label was underneath mine. After another day he offered 50% and said I could keep the item and resell it on the internet. Kyle said that the return address was only a logistical address, but had not said that before. He said that it needed to be shipped back to Guangzhou, China. I said too late, I told him I was going to do it and had sent photos. I said that I would place claims with PayPal and my credit card bank. Paypal wouldn't let me place an online claim, so I texted a request. They never called me back as they promised. I was able to text all of the details and they initiated a claim. I also placed a claim with my bank that issued the credit card.
